Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to us — especially in a club built on discretion. This page explains in plain language what data we store and why.

What we store

When you register we store your username, email address, password (as a secure hash — we never see it), your city, year of birth, and the profile information, photo, forum posts and messages you add. We temporarily store your registration IP address for abuse prevention; it is automatically erased after 180 days.

Who can see what

Your profile, username and photo are visible only to logged-in members. Forum posts can be read by visitors, but without your name: visitors only see "a member from [your city]". Posts marked as anonymous show no name to anyone. Your email address is never shown.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers and never use advertising cookies.

Emails

We send transactional emails only: a welcome email, password resets and — if you want — notifications about new messages and replies. Sending is handled by our email delivery provider SparkPost.

Cookies and statistics

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, an optional 30-day "remember me" cookie and a cookie that remembers your language. We use Statcounter for anonymous visitor statistics.

Your rights

You can edit your profile at any time and permanently delete your account — including your photo, messages and forum posts — in your profile settings. For any data request, use our contact page.
