How to find a safe tantra & yoni massage practitioner
The most important decision is not which massage you book — it is who you book it with. This checklist helps you choose well.

1. Look for real training
Tantra massage is not a protected profession in most countries, so anyone can use the word. Look for practitioners who name their training and their school openly, and who have worked for a number of years. Membership of a professional association is a good sign.
2. Read the website carefully
A professional practitioner explains the session clearly, names the prices, describes the rules and talks about consent. Be careful with websites that use explicit pictures, promise "happy endings" or avoid any mention of boundaries — they are usually not offering tantra.
3. Insist on a preliminary talk
A good practitioner wants to talk to you before the session — by phone, by message or in person. Use it to ask questions:
- What training do you have, and for how long have you worked?
- How exactly does a session work with you?
- Can I stop or change anything at any time?
- Can I book a session without the intimate part?
- Do you work in a trauma-informed way?
Listen not only to the answers, but to how you feel. Calm, clear and patient answers are what you want.
4. Know the basic rules
In professional tantra massage, the same rules apply almost everywhere: the person receiving is in charge, the practitioner remains dressed or partly dressed, there is no touching of the practitioner unless agreed, and there is no sexual intercourse. If someone suggests otherwise, it is not a tantra massage.
5. Ask other women
This is why TantraYoni exists. In your city circle women share who they have had good experiences with — and who they would never go back to. Warnings are just as valuable as recommendations.
6. Trust your body
If something feels wrong before or during a session, it is wrong for you. You never owe anyone an explanation for ending a session. And if you experience something that crosses a line, tell someone you trust, consider reporting it, and let the women of the club know so that others are protected.
Female practitioners
Many women prefer to be massaged by a woman, especially for a first yoni massage. Female practitioners exist in most large cities, but they can be harder to find. Ask in the forum of your city — or in the Finding a practitioner forum.
